Counterforce Canada - Like an ongoing ulcer!
I have been trying to resolve a double-contract issue for over 5 years now! Every time that I call to solve the double-billing issue, I am given the royal run-around! This is the worst company I have ever encountered - by far!!
Today was the very worst. I decided to take my entire day (valuable vacation day) to solve my problem once and for all. After being on the phone between different departments, I was talked over, yelled at and then given the supreme brush-off by my call being forwarded to the voicemail box of "Stacey" - who I am beginning to think does not exist. I have been sent there before and have never had a return call.
What do I do next???
Reason of review: damaged credit rating due to run-around with your people.
Preferred solution: Credit Rating restored. Would like to speak to 1 reasonable person. .
